Jane is very knowledgeable on massage and importantly how the body & muscles respond to touch, she explains why she’s doing certain things so You understand the science behind it. I went for a massage on my feet and calf areas, as im currently suffering with major pain in my feet (plantar fasiitus) and heel area. I've not been able to walk without pain in my feet since Sept, but one 1hr session really made a difference! She gave me some good simple stretches to help with my recovery and ill be going back again for further treatment. Thanks bonkers massage!
