Very disappointed with the service at this spa. Last week I booked a 90-minute massage package including facial and head massage. The therapist massaged my whole body but completely skipped the head massage. Instead of resolving it properly, they gave me a 30-minute free voucher to use later. I went back today and booked a 1-hour remedial full body massage plus the head massage they missed previously. I had a massage and Vichy shower, and it was an incredible experience. A lovely, clean relaxed environment, and a very skilled masseuse. A beautiful experience from greeting to farewell. Left feeling super blissed out on bliss! Thoroughly recommended.
What an amazing treatment done by Jenny. Her ability to read my body and aches and pains from the get-go was enlightening. Thank you so much Bonjour, I will be back!
