Absolutely the BEST massage I have had in my life. I was so sore, super sensitive and Paula listened to me word for word and used the perfect pressure. Her massage combined with gentle stretching was incredible. Paula even taught me how to stretch better at home. Highly recommend. Will be back every time I am in Richmond.
Booked a 60min relaxation massage with Chloe but would not recommend. Staff were friendly on arrival but the massage itself was not relaxing at all! She climbed ontop of me and used her knees to massage me (not relaxing!) and had to continuously ask for change in pressure - didnt seem to understand me. She kept chucking the oil bottle back onto my legs in-between getting more. Left feeling more sore. Place seemed cheap. Very disappointing spend of $100. Wouldn't recommend.
I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing massage. I booked 60 mins Relaxation Massage and received what could only be described as physical trauma to my body. I have 2 tennis ball sized lumps on my back where the therapist dug into me for no reason, I am in so much pain I had to call in sick to work today. Never experienced anything like this in my life, honestly I paid $100 to be left in pain.
I had a great experience with Chloe. Her deep tissue massage was exceptional and really helped with my shoulder injury from a golf injury. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about my recovery. I highly recommend booking a session with her. Thanks Chloe! 🫡
Absolutely incredible! The best massage I’ve ever had. After a big couple of months my partner and I treated ourselves to a couple massage. We loved it! Everything about it was so good, thank you!
