Absolutely the BEST massage I have had in my life. I was so sore, super sensitive and Paula listened to me word for word and used the perfect pressure. Her massage combined with gentle stretching was incredible. Paula even taught me how to stretch better at home. Highly recommend. Will be back every time I am in Richmond.

Nice spot for a massage. I had a 60 minute relaxation which was great. Staff are friendly and was easy to book online. Room got a bit stuffy and the massage table could have been wider for more comfort but otherwise would recommend 👌
Had a 45 minute remedial massage which was okay, nothing amazing. Couldn’t hear the music which made it a bit eerie and the massage therapist seemed to not be very confident with her touch. Asked for her to concentrate on my neck and shoulders which she didn’t. Felt like very repetitive, long strokes, not very specific for a remedial. The head massage was the highlight but it lasted about a minute.
