I absolutely loved my massage here. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The massage itself was amazing—unrushed, relaxing, and tailored exactly to what my body needed. I felt all my stress melt away. Everything about this place feels thoughtful and high-quality. It’s definitely a five-star spot that I’ll return to for sure.
Very disappointed with the service at this spa. Last week I booked a 90-minute massage package including facial and head massage. The therapist massaged my whole body but completely skipped the head massage. Instead of resolving it properly, they gave me a 30-minute free voucher to use later. I went back today and booked a 1-hour remedial full body massage plus the head massage they missed previously. An amazing experience. Kate and Jenny are friendly and nice staff. Had a massage and flame cupping, Jenny is an amazing massage therapist. Very strong too! She was soft spoken and was great at getting the knots out. Kate assisted with the flame cupping and was gentle with it, explaining the process and how it works. Third time I've been now and happy to go more times, would definitely recommend.
I had a massage and Vichy shower, and it was an incredible experience. A lovely, clean relaxed environment, and a very skilled masseuse. A beautiful experience from greeting to farewell. Left feeling super blissed out on bliss! Thoroughly recommended.
Very good deep tissue massage with flame cupping. Kate and Jenny are amazing and funny people, very skilled and powerful hands, especially from Jenny. Would come again for more!
