Very unprofessional Not organized,very rude assistant,NOT Recommended at all save your time and money!
The initial phone call was completely unprofessional. The person was outright rude, raising their voice at me while I was simply trying to ask basic questions. They showed zero interest in hearing about my situation and immediately told me to make an appointment with the attorney, quoting a $3,500 fee—without offering any clarity on whether they would even consider taking my case. I expected at least a minimum level of courtesy and professionalism.
