This is our first year doing our taxes at Bonilla Accounting Firm. All I can say is that they were amazing! Act like they are they to help you then when they find out they can’t make money off them they just throw you to the side I was promised a family type environment yet when I faced complications rocio said there was nothing they could do for me. Really a fake environmenthorrible customer service from Rocio whatever you do don’t trust anything they say they told me they could atleast set up a payment plan but then said they don’t offer that there basically a slap in the face horrible horrible service 0 stars if I could
