Act like they are they to help you then when they find out they can’t make money off them they just throw you to the side I was promised a family type environment yet when I faced complications rocio said there was nothing they could do for me. Really a fake environmenthorrible customer service from Rocio whatever you do don’t trust anything they say they told me they could atleast set up a payment plan but then said they don’t offer that there basically a slap in the face horrible horrible service 0 stars if I could
