Good experience overall. The receptionist was very friendly, and my appointment was quick since I already had my prescription. I felt a bit stressed during the appointment, likely because I don't speak French fluently. The clinic felt quiet and safe, and the glasses will be ready in about 3 weeks.. Looking forward to my new glasses!
I am a health professional and I tried twice to get an appointment and twice they messed up my appointment and the absolutely didn't care and wasted my time I tried to get a hold of the person in charge of the store and they weren't even available as they weren't even there at the store today I'm absolutely upset they absolutely cannot treat people in this way they are absolutely unorganized last time I called for my appointment they didn't even see my appointment into the system and now when I called again today to have my ... read more
