Experience usually varies when dealing with this place whether I'm selling or buying so I can't give a valid score. It doesn't seem as organized as it was before Bonhams bought out Skinners. And I'm curious why they got such low scores on the internet just to read some of the comments. So at this point I can't give them any valid feedback, but things went a lot smoother when Skinner in it

We purchase from over 100 auction houses a year and this by far the worst customer service we have encountered. We spoke to a lady with an english accent named something like nicklena? Always assured we would get a call back regarding the release of our items and not once did we ever get a call back to check regarding our issue. Just terrible! We also have some high end items to consign but can't imagine the service would be any better for that service so We will go elsewhere.
Excellent selection of fine art, especially their recent Americana sale. Great results and customer service!
