We purchase from over 100 auction houses a year and this by far the worst customer service we have encountered. We spoke to a lady with an english accent named something like nicklena? Always assured we would get a call back regarding the release of our items and not once did we ever get a call back to check regarding our issue. Just terrible!
They don't answer their client service phone...
Giulia Sena; Client Services was extremely helpful. She ensured my ID was redacted once verified. Gave me detailed advice on shipping companies to include pick-up dates and locations. And the on-line payment option wasn't working and Giulia fixed it so I could pay on-line today (I like to pay ASAP once I receive an invoice). I agree. Not the old Skinner’s it used to be. Your lucky if you can get someone on the phone. Now just a corporate entity. Shame
