Giulia Sena; Client Services was extremely helpful. She ensured my ID was redacted once verified. Gave me detailed advice on shipping companies to include pick-up dates and locations. And the on-line payment option wasn't working and Giulia fixed it so I could pay on-line today (I like to pay ASAP once I receive an invoice). I agree. Not the old Skinner’s it used to be. Your lucky if you can get someone on the phone. Now just a corporate entity. Shame
Don't trust this chinese experts in all this major galleries, Coincidentally they all have big positions on all major galleries all of them..... They will always tell regular american collectors that they items are not good enough for they auction with out a profesional evaluation and no technical explanation , But very strange they mostly recommend to sell online and sheap... I smell rotten fish .....Bonhams, Cristies , Sotheby’s all the same rotten fish smell...Not good.
I understand now, after dealing with Bonham’s Skinner why such low online ratings. Neither sellers nor buyers are satisfied.
