Im out of state and ordered hard to find pet food online from Big Dog Pet Supply and they never shipped it but sure took my money. Its been 2 months They will not respond to attempts to reconcile. Sent several emails, left messages at business number and so far they have ignored a refund inquiry from Shoppay and Affirm. This is stealing. Don't support this business. They are thieves and don't have the decency to communicate. Should not be in business!
