Outstanding service from Mathew in the yard at Bone Timber. There was a mix-up with stock availability on my architrave order, but Mathew went above and beyond to sort it out urgently. He organised for the mill team to make the profile I needed and kept everything moving. Professional, friendly and genuinely passionate about customer service. Absolute credit to Bone Timber — top notch service.
I had to get some scrap timber to get my car out of a ditch. The guy(ex trucker) sympathized with my problem. He was SO helpful.
