Had a great experience today. I ordered an ergonomic chair through a company and Bonds were used as the courier. Not only did the driver try to contact me multiple times (I was stuck in a meeting) he was still there when I called back 5 minutes later. I had authorised to leave the package and was headed straight home. It is not a service I would recommend, and they have no communication skills. Having a Subcontractor model doesn't work these days.
