Called to inquire about a freezer. Was on the phone maybe 4 minutes with someone who was obviously the owner/manager, who was reluctant to give me any real info, only saying to come in and look at what they had, then basically hung up on me. I like to support local business, but not in this case. If they treat potential customers this way, how do they treat people who have issues?
