The boys helped us choose. Giuliano helped me choose something for beginner and something not very expensive. They have also helped me fix my bike easily when there was an issue. They are all very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them.
These Guys could not have done more. Let us a test a few out and when we said we needed them same day before we went away they rode them down the hill to us at Bondi Beach. We got 2 bikes from them and they were dropped off fully assembled 3 hours later. Genuinely could not have been more helpful or done anymore. Highly reccomend for the customer service alone. Range seemed pretty good and thye had all options in stock.
Diego was great to deal with. Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. We bought a Dirodi Rover and even though they did not have the exact one in stock that I enquired about, he gave me the option of having it in within days or upgrading. After hearing the benefits we chose the upgrade and I’m glad we did… it’s a better bike for a small price difference. A great bike shop with great staff who are always very helpful even when under the pump with a shop full of customers as they were on Saturday when we bought our bike. The service, advice and instructions are all great and it doesn’t stop once you ride off on your bike as they’re still there to help with any question or issue that you might have like we did. We highly recommend these guys. Thanks again.
