I have read the other reveiws and am shocked, I have had an entirely different experience. Spokane Physicians group never contacted me about my bill so I assumed my insurance had paid. 1 year later bonded adjustment contacted me and was very polite. They have stayed in contact , have never been rude, and have always been understanding about the situation I now find myself in .
