Highly recommend looking at other mortgage brokers, this company was a complete nightmare to deal with. They made so many errors throughout the process-in the first contract they sent us to sign they got the purchase price wrong, our down payment amount wrong and they they called us a few days later to say that they made a mistake with the interest rate and needed to charge us more. They added on extra charges to the loan last minute, closed 24 days late and generally just over promised and then failed to deliver repeatedly.... read more
