Purchased an outdoor umbrella stand from Bond via Home Depot. Umbrella Sleeve internal mount bracket rusted out in less than one year. Sent multiple emails to customer service wanting to order a replacement, no response ever received
Bought this firepit less than a year ago. Used it once last year and has always had the supplied cover over it. All the finish is coming off. Its actually worse than when i took these pictures now.
If I could give zero stars I would. The way their corporate deals with an National leader is unacceptable. They don't care about the little man.
This place is a joke. They called me in for an interview because they were looking to get rid of the current IT worker. Glad I never got the job because I got a job with an MSP that paid more and now I work for a major healthcare company. Not working for these losers.
Worst company ever. They do not stand behind any of their products. Do you research before you by anything from them.
