I have been coming here for years. First, to store my fur, then to purchase another. The furs are first class and the service is top notch. The owner, Steve, is always helpful and has a wonderful dry wit. I highly recommend this store if you appreciate fine fur and leather in stylish apparel.
This an outstanding company with prompt and courteous service. I read the previous review and noticed the I uncharitable tone and so decided to give it a try anyway! I was so pleasantly surprised by the cheerful attention given to my requests. Steve, the owner, is extremely knowledgable and honest. He was able to give me detailed answers to my questions and educated me on the different furs and the quality of workmanship. I recommend this store for all your fur requirements unhesitatingly!!
I had storage my 3 fur coat here for 10 years, because didn't know any other place before. I had watch this store owner always treat his other customs and me very rude and unfair with the cleaning fee ( he would raise the price with out give you any explaination just because he feels like it at the time) or require addition service for no reason, if you donlt like it and wont do what he ask, he even tell you ' take it some where else, all you did just storge & clean you never buy any things from my store anyway '. findly one... read more
