Very pushy, trying to upsell you on everything. It was not a pleasant experience to say the least. They do not have client's best interest at heart if it makes them money. I was honest and told them I hated the results and I was asked to return to have more done. No way I'd let them do anything again.
So patient and kind. I was so nervous and they were amazing and love my results too!
I had an ageless facial today done by Mia. She was very friendly and explained everything before she did it. Her massage was awesome. She's really so good at what she does. I Look forward to my next appointment with her!
I had an IV infusion with Brett, and it was an incredible experience. The fact that it was a mobile service made it even better — I was able to relax and receive the treatment in the comfort of my own home. Being in my first trimester and struggling to keep water down, I noticed an immediate difference afterwards: I felt deeply hydrated, more energized, and mentally clear. It truly made such a positive impact on how I felt that day. I’ll definitely be rebooking another session soon — highly recommend!
I’ve gotten my lip filler done at BonaVita Med Spa twice now, and both experiences have been amazing! My injector Nicole is absolutely amazing she’s so knowledgeable, gentle, and makes you feel completely comfortable. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. They take the time to walk you through the entire process and make sure you understand everything about the before and after care. They’re very educational and professional. I highly recommend BonaVita and Nicole for anyone considering getting treatments!
