Be careful when you place your elderly parents there. If I wasn't there 3 times a day, my parent would not be taken care of. When you speak to management they turn it around you, instead of acknowledging your concern or the problem. If you call corporate, you do not receive a call back. Very sad for residents who do not have family nearby.

Do not ever send a loved one to this joke of assisted living. Management from corporate on down don't care about anything other than collecting the rent. The kitchen, food, wait staff etc are horrible, housekeeping is a joke and the list goes on as to the neverending problems. When residents and relatives complain, they are met with excuses, shifting blame, lies, and empty promises. Constantly short started and management has no interest in helping.

It is a very sad state of affairs when Bonaventure of Gresham cares more about money than the residents. They are understaffed and the facility is dirty because of it. Residents are neglected. Complaints go unresolved. The staff is awesome and doing their best but "corporate" is only concerned with the almighty dollar and making a profit. It is unforgivable and down right disgusting.
