I walked in and immediately was met with a nasty attitude. If these are the people taking care of our elderly and beloved grandparents than I feel terrible for the people living there.
While we didn't end up having my parents stay here due to unforeseen circumstances, I wanted to say that Bonaventure Medford is a bright and cheery place, seems warm and lively and the apartments we saw were bright, spacious and comfortable looking. The residents looked happy to be there and my parents we excited and looking forward to moving in. We love everything about being here except the food is absolutely horrible no choices an limited time of service!!! Please change this problem and the best you will be
I was employed with this facility with nothing but great reviews from staff family members, and residents during my very short employment. After taking this position I quickly discovered an abundance of discrepancies which is easily seen on EMAR and all kept documentation: (there are audits that can be done electronically to see discrepancies and can be done within minutes) to which I sent Home office an email stating that we weren’t in any condition to admit more residents.
