We used Bonardi’s in Sturbridge for our wedding suits and it was excellent. The initial consultation with Victoria was great and she helped myself and my best man with our suits. She answered all of our questions and was not afraid to make suggestions which were very helpful as neither of us wear suits very often. Both fit us great and the ties were the perfect color to match with the bride and maid of honor. I would not hesitate to go back in the future and I would recommend to anyone needing formalwear.
I needed a new suit tailored and ready within a week for a wedding and they were able to accommodate my timeline, including sending things back and forth to the Worcester location. Friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service. Highly recommend for your next formal event! Just be sure to give it a couple weeks at least in advance in case you aren't as lucky as me
We went here for the first time after always using Men's Wearhouse. I just assumed (my fault) that they took measurements to tailor the arms and legs of the suit we were renting. Nope! They ordered him an Xtra long to fit his arms but it came down to almost his knees. It looked ridiculous. The only other option was a regular and the sleeves were too short. Place is super unprofessional, went and got fitted told Victoria wanted a bow tie with my suit and the date of my prom. Somehow someway she found a way to mess both of those up didn’t end up getting the tux until 3 hours before prom and had a tie! Went to return my tux because I had gotten a text from Victoria stating if I don’t return the tux by 4:30pm I would owe a $20 late fee.
