My guy was great he gave us a chilled champagne bottled and gave us a great price for it being our 5th wedding anniversary. Will go back again if we need to in a heartbeat.
Saw an incident where two people asked if they could buy beer. The employee bluntly said no and suggested they go to CVS, directing them to 47th St when they seemed confused. I wasn't involved but felt bad for the polite pair. It's disappointing to see such rudeness.
