Excellent customer service and guaranteed trip with comfortable and clean vehicles.
It was a quick and easy process. Only issue was the signing wasn't great so we passed it the first time
These people are SCAM ARTISTS. I booked a Toyota Camry online and when I got there was told that the car had been stolen and I would need to rent one of their available SUV's in the lot, which would of course cost extra money. Given that I had already paid a deposit, planned out my day, and no other rental places had cars, I was forced to pay the $25.48 extra after I protested that this was not what I booked online and it is not fair to charge me extra because you don't have a car available or "stolen" as you claim.
