Hello, I wanted to share my experience of a recent visit here. I was required to go here for a pre-employment physical. I have no complaints about the experience. Nurse Adair Voorhees, who did most of my required testing, was great and extremely polite/professional. The whole visit was relatively quick considering the amount of testing I had to do and started timely. The office was also accommodating to specific requests I had regarding my visit. Front desk rep was pretty rude and they seemed to be very behind schedule. If it weren’t for my required pre-employment screening, I certainly wouldn’t come here for anything.
Absolutely terrible. Was sent here for a pre-employment drug screening. When reviewing the paperwork I noticed the reference number on the custody form did not match the reference number on the samples. The nurses are required to manually enter an 11 digit number into the system. This process needs to be automated to remove the potential for human error. I am now back in the lobby because my employers systems says I was a "no-show" for my first appointment. I have been waiting two hours to pee in a cup. The staff is amazing ... read more
