It was hard to see my elderly mother wasting away in front of the TV for hours every day. After searching the internet for a while, I found Bon Jour. It is AMAZING!! The staff is great and kept my mother engaged in activities the whole time she was there. She was so excited to share her day with me and is looking forward to going back! I would recommend this place to anyone with an elderly loved one!

Bon Jour is one of a kind in Baton Rouge. It's an uplifting and socially engaging place that caters to seniors with mild dementia to get out of the house, socialize, and share experiences. Bon Jour provides cognitive engagement participation through activities. The hot lunches are also great! Bon Jour is worth the price of admission and the staff are well trained in dementia practices. I love volunteering my days there. I enjoy it so much and the clients are like family. Give it a try!
Bon Jour Social & Leisure Center is a wonderful environment for the elderly to stay engaged with others they're age. Maria is always so welcoming and personal with every member and visitor. I highly recommend for any senior citizen in your circle!
