Bon Bebe is terribly overpriced, has horrible customer service and they are truly dishonest in their selling practices/techniques. I will never shop their again and highly discourage others from doing business with them... I recently puchased two pieces of furniture for my daughters room and after months and months of waiting, I never received either item...The items were never even ordered. I had to hire an attorney to help me collect my full refund. seven months later things are finally resolved.

I have made several purchases from this store and have recently been extremely dissatisfied by the lack of professionalism and common courtesy from this store. They sold me an item in the store for $528 that was listed on the website for $248. (I acutally found the same item on Amazon.com for only $128). When I called to simply inquire about this, the owner refused to return or take my calls. In fact, another employee I spoke with said this was not the first time this had happened. You pay for what you get in life, and this holds true at Bon Bebe. However, they carry the most beautiful lines of childrens' clothing, furniture, accessories, etc. I've ever seen. They are also very helpful in helping customers make selections. If money is tight, they always have a sales rack. Just tell them what you want to spend, and they will find something that works.
