Requested an order Jun 19. Checked in a month later, was told the order was not started because I did not give information that they did not even ask for. Original order was for 2 windows. I gave Willem the specs for the openings, he sent a quote, I agreed, asked if he needed anything else. He asked me to confirm wall thickness, corner radii, tint on glass, and if dimensions were exact. I confirmed everything and sent the email back. Wait time was 4-6 weeks on the quote.
