I recently visited Bomgaars (Sioux Center) and had a disappointing experience. I was looking for a specific product, and when I asked the manager for help, they refused to get it from the back room. To make matters worse, the manager got mad at Eric, an employee who was actually helpful and confirmed that they had the product in stock. This kind of behavior from the manager is unacceptable and really put a damper on my shopping experience. Eric was great, but the manager's attitude needs serious improvement.
