I recently visited Bomgaars (Sioux Center) and had a disappointing experience. I was looking for a specific product, and when I asked the manager for help, they refused to get it from the back room. To make matters worse, the manager got mad at Eric, an employee who was actually helpful and confirmed that they had the product in stock. Last time I was at this Bomgaars I asked for help and the front desk wouldn't let the girl go help me find what I needed. When I asked Vicki their key she didnt even stop to take the time to look properly for it on the shelf nor in the computer. I drove out of Orange City for a specific dog treat and couldn't get the help I needed. I found what I needed in Sioux City.
