Extremely poor service. Shipments have been withheld without me being notified. I didn't even get an email or a call to discuss this. Since they have withheld shipments for over a month I have emailed 10 times in the past month to try and arrange payments and shipments but I have been completely ignored. The laugh in the fave of laws and contracts. Even after escalating it to David the business development director, emails are being ignored. Do not touch these cowboys. They don't answer the phone and use the wrong equipment and don't arrive on allocated date.
