In store it’s cute the staff are helpful and the clothes, while being a bit pricy for being used, it’s not horribly unreasonable and are in good shape. Outside of the store, orders online are awful. There is little to no customer service on items. I did a preorder back in the fall and they messed up and never actually sent in my order.
