Great product selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and impeccably clean. This isn't your neighborhood head shop reeking of incense. Ronnie was there today and he helped me select a new product from among the options - probably wouldn't have tried it without his advice. That's the difference betwteeen "just looking" and closing a sale.
Cleanest, NICEST, most reliable shop I’ve ever been to. I also order product from them all the time and it’s always delivered on time. I have never had an issue with ordering online. When I do 2 day shipping, it ships in 2 days. Sometimes UPS will show it getting delivered in 3 days, but the date that Bombay says has always been when my products arrive.
I won’t be ordering from here any longer. I pay extra for express shipping and I don’t get it within that time frame. I don’t know where the breakdown is but if you want something in the 2 days you pay for you should go somewhere else. I will be. One shows what Bombay Vapor promises and what USPS shows with the actual. It’s crap.
Best vape shop, hands down! I've doing business with them for 10 years and I'm always treated with kindness and respect. Products are awesome! I just went in today to get a new Smok device because the old one finally bit the dust after 6 years! It's nice to be treated like an old friend! Thank you Bombay!
