I come here for physiotherapy and massage. Shrishma made an initial assessment and put together a personalized treatment plan for my ankle. I feel it is stronger, and I have far more stability and less sensitivity. The pain has also been reduced significantly. The therapists here really listen and remember, the team is considerate and respectful.

So far I have had a great experience. I was in so much pain and I called and they were nice enough to even open for me on their day off. currently pregnant and dealing with terrible SI joint pain and other muscle pain. Very knowledgeable and I’ve learned many good exercises and have had massage and TENS machine treatment

I had an excellent deep tissue massage with Ranjit at Bolton Active Recovery Clinic. She was professional, skilled, and really focused on the areas that needed attention. I left feeling noticeably better, with reduced tension and improved mobility. Highly recommend Ranjit if you're looking for effective recovery and top-notch care!
