We cannot speak highly enough of Glendale!! LITERALLY from the Cleaner to the Residential Manager, and EVERY ONE in between, have been warm, friendly, caring, GOING OUT OF THEIR WAY to help and assist. They all felt like family!!! A breath of fresh air after our first disastrous experience of residential care. So grateful for the wonderful staff here and the pleasant facilities.
Clean attractive surroundings. Staff make a real effort to keep residents entertained. My Mum was here for over two years. Staff always willing to work through any issues or problems. Like every other facility, more staff would be wonderful.
