Thay tried to make me pay an extra $ 33000 when my mum past away and it was back dated from when she moved in.It took 6 months to sort it out and be resolved. No I wouldn't recommend this organisation
Would be a Great place if they had more Staff . But they try there hardest to care for the Elderly.
If I could give no stars, I would! The way my family member has been treated is deplorable. Disgusting behavior of staff towards the residents...needs better standards and harsher penalties for such negligence on staff and owner's behalf.
