From the reception call to taking a tour of this lovely home everything was seemless. Karishma was wonderful, caring, patient, knowledge and answered all our questions. We could see the residents looked happy and supported. Lovely secured aged care home, with daily entertainment for the residents and well organised outings. We recently needed to find a suitable environment to place a family member. After much searching we decided on Bolton Clarke Cabrini Westmead. Starting with our discussions with Jeena the manager, she made our decision very easy through her personal and professional approach. We then meet with Sabhar who looked after all the on-boarding, documentation and agreements.
