They changed their location in April 2026 and all of a sudden their exceptional customer service is no longer that exceptional. It’s great to move from a cozy place to a bigger place as long as you maintain product and customer experience standards. Neither is the case. Hopefully Nicole, who is the store owner addresses this!
Nicola, the owner, was very nice. My Aunt, Sister and I loved their new store. Great British items (chocolates, cookies, etc) and fresh food (cookies, meat pies, rolls etc). Highly recommended.
Great little shop with a huge selection of imported and fresh products. Reasonably priced with great kind service.
So happy with the new location!!! LOVE it. Reasonable pricing considering its being imported. And kawartha icecream!!!
