I can't comment on the drivers being friendly or the vehicles being clean and easily accessible, but I can comment on their dependability. I had an appt yesterday5/12)morn was scheduled w Bolt they,(Steven Trimm was the caller/driver, and he was one of the most polite helpful people I've ever talked to and tried to help anyway he could, thanks for trying Steven)called Monday night to confirm and also called Tues morn at 730 to confirm a 9:50 pick-up. Love the Bolts!! They have been great to work in my mother to their schedule when she needs transport. She loves Natalie especially coming to get her.

Bolt Transportation was excellent in transporting my mother from the nursing home in Danville to the eye doctor. Also from her home in Danville to Duke for appointments, and most recently from a facility she now lives at in Martinsville to a hospice urgent care facility in Dobson NC. Each time we called Bolt Transportation, they went above and beyond to get us worked into their schedule quickly. Bolt transportation goes above and beyond to ensure the safety and comfort of their clients. They are friendly, polite, and respectful. They make sure that their clients get the care that they need. Would recommend them to anyone needing transportation.
