If I could give a zero star, I would. Worst storage unit ever! They are expensive, they changed my locks without letting me know, it's impossible to get so.eone local on the phone, and when I called corporate to schedule an appointment to get in my storage unit, they were 2 hours late, without a text or call. The unit is always full of rat poop, I have asked them several times to do something about it, but that never happened, I asked for a refund for the months I was not able to go in the storage unit because of the licks b... read more
