Bought a shirt that was a medium. When I got home, the shirt was way too big. I went to return the shirt or exchange it, although I was outside the return window. I understand the policy, but the staff was less than friendly and offered no apology. They made me feel to bad for my purchase and for being outside the window. I understand the policy, but not apology or no empathy to the situation.
Took my wife to get some new boots. Great western store with quality gear and excellent customer service!
Bought the best Cowboy hats we own from here! They have excellent customer service to make sure you get what you need! The owners are some of the best people I've ever met and it shows with how active they are in the community!
I’ve had great experiences every time I come here. It’s such a fun and beautiful store! And each staff member has always been so kind and helpful. Today Natalie helped me find a pair of boots that fit my budget and was so nice helping me try on a bunch of them. I’m glad we have this store in the valley!
