We all know that wind can't affect your fiber optic signal, but I knew that it was. Bolt took me seriously and found a bad splice in the cable. They were Johnny on the spot and fixed me almost immediately once I was able to give them the specific problem I was having. Wind! Thank you, Bolt for being a great service provider.

Wifi works sometimes. Tho I usually have to restart the stupid boxs to get it to work for a few mins. And then the cable TV still freezes everytime I open it up. About to get a hammer and smash this piece of crap system.

I do not recommend Bolt. I signed up for service on April 21, 2020 and still do not even have the outside wiring connected. I call weekly with no resolution. I highly advise you to look for other services if you are in the Grand Lake area. When I call no one knows anything and cannot reach anyone that knows anything. I was promised the outside would be connected at the end of last week and of course, it wasn't. No service with this company.

Like the other reviewers here who are unhappy with Bolt, I too am disappointed. We signed up for Bolt in 2016 and was told in March of 2017 that construction had started in February in our area and would take 90 days to complete. When we never heard from Bolt, we contacted them and was told there was no timeline for construction in our area because of lack of interest. Never once did I see any advertising or pamphlets left on door knobs. And I know of 4 homes within one miles waiting for their services. We posted on their Fa... read more

There customer service is at the bottom of the line, I dont think they even have one, they never call you back, and they have a smart attitude with you while on the phone you get the feeling that they just dont give a darn about you and could care less if you get your problem solved. Very badly run company

For over a year and a half Bolt has batted 1000 in NOT honoring commitments for service, call backs, appointments, and I'm truly growing weary of it. Last week after waiting three months for someone to call regarding installing equipment, I started calling again. They told me they would call back last Tuesday and they didn't. They said they would call back Thursday and they didn't,. They said a supervisor would call back after speaking with engineering on Friday, and they didn't.
