Delivery between 9pm and 9pm...no pick up location and weekday only, extremely frustrating trying to get a package when you have a job.

I really don't know what these other people are talking about or what they were even thinking when they called this company. This is a courier service, not a moving company. They deliver commercial product from point A to point B. In the past several years of working with them, they've always answered the phone, they have always shown up after being called and they have always been up front about whether they can or cannot do something.
