My experience with Bollman & Jones was really great until June of last year. I had received prompt communication and felt my books and taxes were being handled adequately. Unfortunately, that experience completely changed and I started having to wait weeks and follow up numerous times for an email response. I was very clear that I (and several of my referrals, who are also leaving) was very dissatisfied.
