I reached out to Mr. Jarratt and he responded like we were family. He is professional, honest, and trustworthy. I am very impressed at his multiple best of awards from the Richmond times dispatch. My wife introduced us as she has been getting her taxes done by Mr. Jarratt for over 10 years! We are new to Virginia and had been searching for a few weeks to find a cpa to help us prepare and file our taxes. My husband and I both contacted Mr. Jarratt to inquire about scheduling an appointment. It took a few voicemails but eventually he responded. He assured us that we could schedule something with him but has since been avoiding our phone calls and text messages. Lee is amazing. He is spot on with his work. I can call him and ask questions and he always responds. I can count on his work accuracy, honesty, and integrity. I’ve been using Lee as my Tax consultant for a few years now. It was especially hard getting my taxes correct during Covid and Lee took the pain out of having to do them myself and “smoothed all the bumps in the road”. He’s always available when I have questions and is very knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend him if you need fast and reliable service.
