I reached out to Mr. Jarratt and he responded like we were family. He is professional, honest, and trustworthy. I am very impressed at his multiple best of awards from the Richmond times dispatch. My wife introduced us as she has been getting her taxes done by Mr. Jarratt for over 10 years! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to support a local small business that will care about your business needs!

Mr. Jarrett did a very professional job with my taxes. I am very pleased with his service. I had to find a new CPA since my former tax person retired. Mr Jarrett was timely, organized , and a complete professional. Very happy with his work. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a CPA to do my family's taxes this year. I reached our to Mr. Jarratt in early January. He responded right away, and we had a face to face meeting about the process of working with him. A client intake form was completed and several questionnaires filled out. All my tax documents were uploaded into his tax portal in February. I have yet to receive a reply from him regarding the status of my tax return after several email outreaches and phone calls. We are new to Virginia and had been searching for a few weeks to find a cpa to help us prepare and file our taxes. My husband and I both contacted Mr. Jarratt to inquire about scheduling an appointment. It took a few voicemails but eventually he responded. He assured us that we could schedule something with him but has since been avoiding our phone calls and text messages.
