I am not sure why there are mixed review, however I had a great customer service when I visited Bolgatti Furniture. I was told to visit there from partnered furniture store. When I visited, the staff was very warming, and patient. Just good vibes when I got there. The staff - Thomas showed me the sofa bed I was looking for. He explained the parts of the sofa bed. I was looking for green sofa bed, but it wasn't there, however other staff pulled the box and opened for me to see as I can get a vision of the shade green. I reall... read more

I had a great experience at Bolgatti Furniture. They have a wide selection of beautiful furniture, and the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. I purchased a bed which was really affordable and that looks amazing in my room — it completely transformed the space.
