Customer service could be worse if this law firm had only one lawyer and clerk! As the previous reviewer commented, the only time you speak to a lawyer is when you come in for the initial consultation and after that they send in the clowns. The do not communicate with the customer about changes to the Bankruptcy, nor do they return calls at all! If I had it to do again, I would definitely choose another law firm, however I - like the other reviewer - am stuck with Boleman for the remainder of my bankruptcy plan.
Boleman Will Process Your Bankruptcy, but Expect Bad Service – The only reason I am giving Boleman Law a 2 star is because my bankruptcy was actually processed. I filed Chapter 13 in the Fall of 2009 after meeting with a Boleman Attorney face to face. Little did I know that my initial consultation would be the only time I would speak to an actual attorney during the entire process. the very best personal bankruptcy lawyers - and real nice people as well – this is a larger firm but people are treated special. They really know what they are doing. I had a complex problem with taxes, credit cards, property and they got my back on my feet.
