We spent a lot of money and were patient through two years of delays, only to find out through our own research that the application had been denied and abandoned. I had to constantly followup with my attorney to check in on the status of my application. Weeks/Months would go by without communication from them. When I would check in, Bold Patents would reply that they were on top of it and waiting on USPTO. After nearly 2 years, the trademark application was denied and labeled as "abandoned". Upon discovery of an abandoned application, I emailed Bold Patents again asking for a status update and I have not heard back from them again. In fact, one of their emails bounced.
