I’ve only worked with Jolene, so I can’t speak for the rest of the team, but if they’re anything like her, you’re in excellent hands. I’ve been seeing Jolene for about a year, and she’s truly amazing. I’ve experienced so much growth thanks to her support, insight, and honesty. She really listens, but she also gently calls out unhelpful patterns, something I appreciate so much more than just being agreed with. I’d give this place a 1000/5 if I could. Highly, highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking to begin therapy.
I am blown away with the connection I’ve made at bold lotus, as a trained counsellor myself it’s always been tough. I know the skills and calming techniques and such. But here I’ve just been able to be myself and express myself in a way that I feel comfortable. I am so grateful I came across this beautiful space to endure some of the best & relieving moments.
