I am blown away with the connection I’ve made at bold lotus, as a trained counsellor myself it’s always been tough. I know the skills and calming techniques and such. Super understanding and its a very safe space that’s easy to get comfortable with
I love this place SO MUCH! It’s truly such a calm and beautiful environment for therapy and the therapists themselves are no different. I see Jolene Aarts and she is so so lovely! She’s amazingly supportive, kind, and super encouraging. If you’re looking to start therapy or find a new place, I think this is the perfect spot (:
