I received a wrong size part. I reordered and received the right size. Now, here's why I gave this company 1 star. I have emailed them 4 times trying to find out how to get a refund. Not one response. I have called numerous times and either get a busy signal or have to leave a message and no one calls me back. Their website says you have 15 days to return the item for a refund, but they offer no further explanation. I am totally disappointed for getting stung for the wrong product.

Received a different item than I ordered. Shoddy company, apparently few quality controls. Buyer beware!
ordered merchandise through Walmart website, and the order was supposedly shipped (given a "sham" shipping number). UPS says shipping numbers are issued when shipper starts the process and often the shipment never happens so the shipping number means nothing by itself (apparently that is true in this case). Bold Home Products subsequently cancelled the order without notifying me so the only way I found out was to have to try to figure out why it never came.
