Very bad experience with this company. Their service and communication is the worst. Their sales tactics are good, and they’ll pick up, but once you use them you’ll regret it! They don’t service you on the dates promised, and they will increase pricing from original quotes.
Every aspect of my dealings with Bold Electric was the best. From my first request for an estimate to the final good-bye at the end of the service call - everyting was top notch! They actually answered calls and emails - they actually came on time for the original estimate visit - they actually listened to my concerns and addressed all of them - they actually came ahead of the scheduled time for the service visit (they knew I had hoped for an earlier time and went out of their way to make it happen!), and the only thing le... read more
