Lindsey and Frank were phenomenal, they went over and beyond each appointment and explained everything in a way that I could comprehend and now I have a much better understanding of what my body needs to avoid injury and stay strong. Everyone in the office were kind and happy to see me, they always asked how I was and it made the whole experience really pleasant.
