Unprofessional behavior and broken promises. I approached this lawyer hoping for help during a difficult time, but I left feeling ignored and misled. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
Not a trustworthy experience. I regret hiring Ava Gio for my legal matter. She overpromised and underdelivered. There was a lack of transparency throughout the process, and I constantly had to chase for updates. It felt like my case wasn’t a priority at all. I wouldn’t recommend her if you’re looking for someone reliable and responsive.
Unethical and unprofessional behavior. Ava Gio | Personal Injury Lawyer (Keswick) hired me to post fake reviews with a promise of payment. I completed the task exactly as instructed, but after the work was done, they refused to pay and stopped responding. This kind of dishonest behavior is completely unacceptable — especially from a law firm that's supposed to uphold integrity. I strongly advise others to be cautious.
I had an extremely disturbing experience with this firm. As a respectable and decent woman, I felt deeply uncomfortable and harassed by the behavior of their staff. There was absolutely no professionalism, and I was treated in a completely inappropriate and unacceptable manner. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially women. This kind of conduct should not be tolerated in any professional environment.
Be cautious. Ava Gio’s office seems more interested in getting clients in than actually helping them. I was treated like just another file, not a person. If you're looking for real support, look elsewhere
